Studio 1 Publicity collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver publicity services, and operate client campaigns.
Information we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company, film details, links, and campaign goals), payment confirmation details provided by our payment processor, and materials you upload to your client dashboard. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver purchased services, coordinate approved third-party advertising, operate your client dashboard, and send transactional updates about your campaign.
Sharing
We share campaign materials with publications, platforms, or vendors only as needed to execute work you have approved. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal information.
Materials and confidentiality
Screenplays, trailers, stills, and press materials you upload are treated as confidential and are stored privately. Access is limited to your account and authorized Studio 1 staff.
Retention and requests
We retain campaign records for accounting and reporting. You may request correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing studio1publicity@gmail.com.
