REFUND POLICY
Publicity work begins immediately after purchase. This policy explains what can be refunded and when.
Before work begins
If you request a cancellation before strategy work or outreach has started, we will refund your package fee in full, less any payment processing costs actually incurred.
After work begins
Once strategy, materials, or outreach have been delivered, package fees are non-refundable because the work has been performed. We will always show you what was completed.
Third-party advertising
Advertising, distribution, and platform purchases are governed by the vendor's own cancellation policy. Once a placement is booked, refunds depend on that vendor. Studio 1 management fees for booked placements are non-refundable.
Editorial outcomes
Because publications control editorial decisions, a lack of coverage, review, or interview is not grounds for a refund. Our reporting shows the outreach performed on your behalf.
How to request
Email studio1publicity@gmail.com with your campaign details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
